Here is a great idea for a kid's birthday party,baby shower or even a going away gift.

You need to purchase a jig saw puzzle. Paint all the pieces white,then give each guest a puzzle piece or two and let them decorate it. When dry seal with a sealer and frame. The recipient has a nice personalized memory of the event.

Cover the canvas with the fabric

Paint the wooden letter or letters a color of your choice

Glue the letter on the canvas

This would be a cute idea for your child's door or use several canvas's and spell you childs name  for a nursery wall. The ideas are endless just use your imagination.

Apothecary Jars

You need 

3 to 4 Apothecary Jars in different sizes

Several small objects such as figures of people,animals,ornaments the choice is yours

Some Buffalo Snow

Some fake snow crystals (the kind you sprinkle)

Place some of the buffalo snow in each jar,place your figures on the snow,sprinkle the snow,place the lid on and you have a cute but simple mantle or table decoration.
