Paper Weaving

This is a really fun project for all ages. For young children it can help with motor skills and older ones can use their creativity to create a beautiful piece of framed Art.
What you need
Scrapbook papers in different patterns and textures, and an 8x10 frame or any size you choose.
Cut strips about 1/2 inch wide. Lay them out vertically so they will fit inside your frame when finished.
Begin weaving strips horizontally over under until the whole thing is covered.carefully place it in the frame and you have a very interesting piece of Art. If you need to you can always glue it to card stock before framing.
