Campfire Potatoes
You need 4 potatoes sliced thinly one medium onion sliced and then separate the slices 2 tablespoons fresh parsley 1/3 cup chicken broth 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper,6 tablespoons butter,1/3 cup cheddar cheese. Mix everything together and place in aluminum foil. Put it on the grill and cook until potatoes are tender and cheesy,about 30 to 40 minutes.
