Best Veggie Burger

Made these last night. I put sour cream on mine John opted for mustard.

4 carrots sliced 
2 Cups chick peas
1/4 cup parsley
1/4 t each cummin,chili powder and coriander 
1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
Olive oil

Cook carrots in water until soft drain add chick peas and mash.
Let cool add egg and other ingredients and mix well.
Form into 8 balls,cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat oil in pan form balls into patties and cook 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown.Serve with sour cream.

January Thaw

Frigid temps turned into two days of 45 to 50 degree weather up here. Snow melted and we were able to go for a couple of walks with the dog....
