Meat Loaf Muffins

Prepare your favorite meat loaf recipe, and instead of forming a loaf on a sheet pan or putting the prepared meat in a bread pan scoop some into individual muffin tins. Adjust cooking time always remembering that the internal temperature needs to be 160 degrees.
