Baked Banana Chips



These are a great snack for everyone.

Ingredients
Bananas
Cinnamon
Kosher salt
Lemon Juice

Slice the bananas very thin about 1/8 inch
Brush with lemon juice mixed with a little water
Sprinkle with cinnamon and the kosher salt
Bake at 250 degrees for about 2 hours turning after 90 minutes
Cool ( the longer they cool the crispier they get)

For children and toddlers spread some peanut butter on them they will love it.
