When made with plump in-season asparagus, this dish makes a sophisticated, visually pleasing appetizer.
6 Ingredients serves 4
1 1/2 lbs asparagus
Flour
Salt &Pepper
1T olive oil
1 sheet puffed pastry frozen
51/2 ounces Gruyere cheese
Couldn't be easier.
Roll out the puff pastry, bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees
Sprinkle with the gruyere or cheese of your choice
Add the asparagus and brush with olive oil
Top with salt and pepper
Bake for another 20 -25 minutes.
