Tonight for dinner along with my homemade black bean, corn and salsa fajitas I made a spinach salad. I had spinach left from a stir fry we had the other night and wanted to use it up before it spoiled. Luckily I had most of the ingredients,but decided to use my imagination and add some extras. It turned out delicious.
Ingredients:
Spinach
Madrine oranges
Red Onion
Rasins
Walnuts
Crumbled bacon
Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing
Life is better on the Lake,cooking up simple gourmet meals, and crafting in my spare time!
